Honestly, there's nothing better than capturing the moments you didn't even realise were happening. The look from your dad when he thinks no one's watching. Your best mate crying before you've even walked down the aisle. Your nan absolutely owning the dance floor. The tight squeezes, the belly laughs, the happy tears and all the soppy AF love in between.
As a Sheffield wedding photographer, my style is relaxed, documentary-led and all about telling the real story of your wedding day. I photograph weddings across Sheffield, South Yorkshire, the Peak District and throughout the UK, creating natural, unposed images that feel like you, not a Pinterest version of you.
One of the loveliest things a couple has ever said about me is that I have "big sister vibes", and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better compliment. I'll calm any nerves, tell you when you've got lipstick on your teeth, fluff your dress, pin on buttonholes, bustle your dress, remind you to actually eat something and have a laugh with your favourite people. Then, when everyone forgets I'm there, that's when the good stuff happens. I'll quietly blend into the background and capture your day exactly as it unfolds.
Fair warning... I'll probably have a little cry during your ceremony or speeches too. I absolutely love love, and after photographing hundreds of weddings, it still gets me every single time. Seeing people surrounded by the people they love most in the world never gets old.
Although weddings are my absolute favourite, I also photograph a small number of commercial, campaign and portrait projects across Yorkshire. I've photographed weddings across the UK and even in Italy, but Sheffield and the Peak District will always feel like home.
